Supervise and manage the team and create healthy and learning environment to grow every one as a team and minimize down time
➢ Dealing with BOQ of new project and discuss technical detail related to new projects
➢ Prepare programing backup of all PLCs, HMIs and VFDs for future need
➢ Maintain list of critical equipment and manage these parts to lower the inventory ➢ Educate the team to new system, make OPL and MSP to make sure zero breakdown related to technology gap in our team
➢ Actively carried experience on s7300, s71200,s71500 PLC, KTP700 to 1200 HMI, Basic touch panel HMI of Siemens, MM420-440 VFD, Simatic G120 advance VFD of Siemens
➢ Worked on Schneider motion controller Pac drive, LXM32 drives and HMI
➢ Look after genset, HT and LT system and manage service plan when needed
➢ Make plan of PM activity and give task to team according to production plan
➢ Hands on experience on ABB L7 series PLCs, Power flex VFD and Kinetix 6000 and 2000 drives and SEW germen made OT version servo drivess
➢ Worked on different industrial protocol like Profibus of Siemens, CANbus of Schneider and also command on communication like RS485, RS232 and Industrial Ethernet
➢ Build environment where people are encourage to give KAIZEN and implement it

Supervise the team and report to the manager
➢ Take backup from all PLCs, HMI and drives and arrange software for future advancement
➢ Schedule and maintain PM plan and execute it accordingly
➢ Hands on experience on ABB L7 series PLCs, Powerflex VFD and  kinetix 6000 and 2000 drives and SEW germen made OT version servo drives
➢ Experience of handling and understanding many packing machines and product distribution system and fault diagnosing 
➢ Create and maintain critical equipment part list related to electrical, automation and control system and make sure availability in the inventory 
➢ Hands on experience on troubleshooting and fault finding on Siemens SCADA system with S7300 PLC and Wincc flexible software
➢ Inspection and commissioning of different devices like relays, controllers, and NPN and PNP sensor ➢ Hands on experience of repairing VFDs, electronic cards, power supply 

Establish experience of designing control panels, motor starting panels, circuit breakers, contactors and commissioning of relays and different controllers
